At TENDRÉ, we strive to provide you all the details you need to place your order knowing that the piece will fit and meet your expectations. However, we realize that at times, returns and/or exchanges are needed. As a result, we provide you with the ability return those pieces that in rare occasions do not fit your needs.
Please review our return policy below and use our return form to initiate your return. Mail back your order in a trackable shipping service (we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages).
ONLY STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED ON RETURNED ORDERS
- Returns must be received within 14 days of original shipment date of the order.
- Items must be returned in original, unworn, unwashed, & smoke-free condition.
- SALE items are all final sale & cannot be returned.
- Returns on accessories and jewelry are NOT accepted.
- Returns without original tags will be refused.
- Returns not in compliance with our return policy will be refused or charged a 20-50% restock fee.
- Original shipping fees are not-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Customers will need to notify our Returns Department of any damaged items received within 3 days of recorded delivery date. Damages to items must be reported prior to wearing the garment. Tags must still be attached.
- Damaged items are only valid for an in-store credit only past the 3-day notification policy.
- For size exchanges, the original item has to be sent back to our Returns Department. Upon receipt of the item, a store credit will be issued, which may be used to repurchase the item of the desired size. Size availability is not guaranteed, and your desired size may be out of stock upon receipt of your return. If you email us prior to returning your item, we'd be happy to check inventory for you and put it aside if availability permits.
